Colombia Runoff Election Preview
It’s finally here. On Sunday Colombia will hold a runoff presidential election and decide the future of their nation. The runoff provides voters with two very different options: right-wing lawyer Abelardo De La Espriella or far-left socialist Ivan Cepeda.
